No Bake Gingerbread Rum Ball Cookies

You Will Need;

40 Gingersnap Cookies

3 Tablespoons Dark Corn Syrup

2 Tablespoons Creamy Penut Butter

1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar

1/2 Cup Rum...(Granny uses white Bacardi...I like Captain Morgans Tattoo)

  1. Place cookies in a large resealable bag and crush finely.
  2. Combine corn syrup and peanutbutter in a bowl.
  3. Add crushed snaps and rum to the bowl. Mixture should hold together without being sticky.
  4. Shape into 1" balls and then roll in powdered sugar untill WELL coated. Don't skimp on the sugar!
  5. Store in a wide mouthed glass jar sealed with a cork if possible. The longer these keep the better they are!
  6. ENJOY!!!
